Slow-Roasted Crispy Pork Belly
This simple pork belly recipe delivers tender meat and perfectly crispy skin with just a few basic ingredients. Slow-roasting allows the fat to render while keeping the meat juicy, making it an easy yet impressive dish for any home cook.
Ingredients:
250g pork belly (skin on, if possible)
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp salt

Optional (choose any or combine)
¼ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp dried thyme
