Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients:
2 cups milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:
In a saucepan, whisk together cornstarch and salt.
Gradually whisk in milk and maple syrup until smooth.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened (about 5-10mins).
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Pour into bowls and cool.
Serve warm or chilled.
