Vanilla Pudding

This Maple Vanilla Pudding is a creamy, comforting dessert made with just a handful of pantry staples. 

Naturally sweetened with maple syrup and infused with vanilla, it's a smooth and satisfying treat; perfect warm or chilled. Whether you're looking for a lighter dessert or a nostalgic snack, this pudding is a wholesome twist on a classic favourite. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together cornstarch and salt.

  2. Gradually whisk in milk and maple syrup until smooth.

  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened (about 5-10mins).

  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

  5. Pour into bowls and cool.

  6. Serve warm or chilled.
